Drop eligibility is level-based: the difference between your character and the target must not exceed 10 levels. Outside that range, the target awards no items.
Review Metin Stones, monsters, bosses, chests and events separately to build an efficient route. Thief’s Gloves may improve your odds, but they do not bypass the level rule.
